TRN Edge - AI and Automation Programme

TRN Edge is a 14-month, fully accredited Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner apprenticeship, delivered by We Are Zenith in partnership with TRN.

Designed specifically for recruitment businesses, it combines a nationally recognised qualification with practical tools, templates, AI agents and recruitment specific strategies that participants apply directly within their own organisation.

Participants will build an AI Blueprint, redesign workflows, improve data and CRM use, identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes such as time saved, productivity gains and process improvements.

Suited to digitally confident employees who can help lead change across operations, management, marketing, technology or senior leadership.

Eligible businesses may access up to £18,000 of government funding per participant.

The qualification is the certificate. The transformation is the point.
