TRN Retreat 2026

Published on July 3, 2026

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the TRN Retreat 2026.

250 recruitment business leaders.

Hundreds of years of experience.

Thousands of lessons learned.

All in one room.

Across two inspiring days, recruitment business leaders came together to explore the ideas, strategies and leadership behaviours shaping the future of our industry.

The collaboration didn't stop on the main stage. Our interactive breakout sessions gave members the opportunity to share experiences, challenge thinking and learn directly from peers facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.

We're currently bringing together all of the presentations, session notes, breakout outputs and supporting resources to create a comprehensive Retreat content collection for TRN World.

The full content drop will be towards the end of July, so keep an eye on TRN World as we release speaker slides, practical resources, session summaries and much more.

Thank you once again for being part of another fantastic TRN Retreat. We hope you left with fresh ideas, new connections and practical actions to help you continue building your Superagency™.

You can access our notes and the speaker's presentations in the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
